This instrumental breaks me in half. Max Richter is a Genius.
When you add in how brilliant the show has been in season 2, I can't deal.
Amy Brenneman was amazing in Season 2, Episode 3: Off Ramp. I was floored by it.
+ The Leftovers Season 2: Season 1 Recap
"A lot of it is about suffering and how something always feels not quite right."
- My Muse
My wonderful muse was talking about something else but this line reminded me of The Leftovers. Especially after last night's overachieving and incredible season finale was stuck in my head.
"This, then, is the message of The Leftovers, revealed in the final minute of the final episode of the season. Pain, loss, grief, failure, shame: these things are real, and the damage they do is lasting and debilitating."
- “The Leftovers” finale: Frustrating and painful — but hopeful, too
This instrumental moves me. Everytime it was used in the show it was perfect.

I need you. Sometimes it's hard to say it...
+ Evangelion Simphony 2 - Cello Suite
+ Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo -- Official Theatrical Trailer
When I heard the music on this trailer last Sunday it sounded familiar. It's from the Mass Effect 3 Soundtrack: "LEAVING EARTH" Brilliant.
Michael Giacchino: [ Star Trek Main Theme ]
London Music Works: [ Mind If I Cut in (From The Dark Knight Rises) ]
"I’m not explaining this right. What happened was this. There were these beautiful feelings and loose little pleasures inside me. And this woman was something like an assembly line for my soul. I run these little pieces of myself through her and I come out complete. Now do you follow me?"
Carson McCullers
Ludovico Einaudi: [ Monday ]
On this picture Elle reminds me of a young Emma Frost. If X-men: First Class had been kept completely young all around , she would of been a great White Queen. In the begining of Ultimate X-men, Profesor X was aged 24, which was a good age to give him in relation to him being in Love with Jean aged around 17. Anyways, in that series Emma was his ex-girlfriend which I found interesting.
I've seen the above picture many times but never knew that it came from a movie called Notre Jour Viendra
Sebastian, Notre Jour Viendra Soundtrack: [ Rode Prelude ]
